Very friendly welcome and check in and a welcome drink.
Lovely setting (despite the very heavy rain and wind which prevented us from making the most of the grounds and pool).
Loved the room which was a standard king room. Huge beds, very clean and roomy. Lovely open plan bathroom area. Fridge , coffee and tea facilities. Open plan balcony , but very quiet during our stay so it felt more private.
Hotel situated by the sea, lovely walk along a mostly deserted beach. Hotel provides bike rental which we took advantage of and rode down to Driftwood Beach on safe cycle path , an absolute ‘must visit’ if you’re in the area.
Jekyll island is a remote location and ideal for a relaxed break, no busy shopping or town location, but a lovely place to drive or cycle round.
A few restaurants located around the island, but not really within walking distance apart from the Beach House restaurant next door. Preferred the Red Bug Motor's Pizza restaurant a little drive away…small, basic but very good pizza.
Situated on Jekyll Island, this hotel is located within the Jekyll Island State Park. A daily grab and go, 2 outdoor oceanside pools with a children’s pool, and a hot tub are provided.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The oversized shower is lovely. The Shore restaurant serves some of the best meals on the island.

No microwave. No breakfast. Restaurant was disappointing.
No microwave. No breakfast. Restaurant was disappointing. Food was poor. Super small refrigerator. Very small oceanfront patio. No outside light on patio. Bathroom sink was so blocked up I had to report to hotel maintenance to clear.

Five nights and fout full days with a good range of quality places to visit and small but varied restaurants.
Good beaches and well maintained eco system.
A must for a break where in our case we were travelling down the east coast from Georgia to Florida.

Jekyll is one of the few quiet beaches left and it is a special place. You will see deer grazing, secluded beach spots at the south end of the island, driftwood beach is a must see and some great dining options. The Jekyll Island Club is also a must-see property and you could spend a day just in that area with all there is to offer. Be sure to bring a bike if you ride, the trails are great. Most recommended beach!

The various beach options gave us different sunrises and sunsets each night! A very short walk to the ocean beachfront from the hotel. The turtle hospital was very unique. The eagle walk was awesome too. And Driftwood Beach is entirely different than any other beach I've travelled to. It was beautiful, peaceful, and yet sort of spooky. We will be back with our bikes the next visit!

WARNING: If you have car trouble (hit a curb damaged two tires and then some), as we did, just know that it is not easy to get an Uber or any other car service in town, as there is a $10 fee to enter the island, which we didn't know about until we drove in, and some car service drivers are not willing to pay the fee to pick you up. Some may even ask you to cover that fee or add it to their tip. It is not impossible to get a car service, but it is not as easy as you may be accustomed to from a major city and you may have to wait, so especially if you are there over the weekend, as we were, be sure to make arrangements as soon as possible, as many car shops in the area might be closed on Sundays. We ended up having to extend our stay in nearby Brunswick at the Embassy Suites until we could get our car situation sorted out, which was another awesome hotel to stay in anyway, so overall, it could have been much worse.
Jekyll Island is a great place to visit. It is a beautiful island for a relaxing weekend. Be sure to visit Driftwood Beach; it is stunning. Also visit the Jekyll Island Club Resort and the Westin while you're there, unless you're already staying at either location, of course. Plan to have a meal at the Jekyll Island Club Resort Restaurant, especially if you are celebrating a special occasion. We hope you can share our optimistic spirit and despite any adversity you may encounter, as we did during this trip, you can be grateful it wasn't worse and continue on your merry way... ;0P

We were interested in the history of the island and found the trolley tour to be very informative. As we were there in the fall the island was not full of visitors and the weather was perfect! No trouble easily navigating the island and lovely walks on the beach! Dinner at the Driftwood Bistro was convenient and moderately priced. The stuffed collard greens were delicious.
Quality, small hotel with excellent location and facilities. Parking always close room and room management was excellent, clean and daily.
Very nice swimming pool and seating facilities to enjoy the location and tranquility.
Need to review social and food as restaurant next door was not the best, but last time here, it was good. Plenty of options on the island to a very good quality.
Excellent location for exploring the island with reception ensuring details of island available.
Greatly enjoyed the visit.
Breakfast was wonderful, we loved dining in the Grand Dining Room.
The property is truly amazing and should be a must see for everyone. It was on our Bucket List and it did not disappoint. The resort offers so much to do and is so fun we really did not want to leave. We took the hotel tour, rode bicycles throughout the property and laid by the pool ordering drinks from the bar and the not to be missed chicken sandwich. We meandered through the shops and watched the wildlife. The setting is absolutely Idealic.
Wonderful hotel! This was our first time on Jekyll Island so I cannot compare it to others on the island, but we thoroughly enjoyed our night at the Seafarer Inn. The king bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in, and the breakfast the next morning was fabulous with lots of options. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, recommending several places for dinner on the island. If I return to Jekyll Island, I will definitely stay at the Seafarer Inn again!
I brought my service dog very pet friendly.
My dog is trained to find stuff and immediacy found a fake mouse under bed. Must of been a cat toy but I wonder if they really clean under the bed when people leave. I showed it to the Manager he never asked my name room or number. Just dismissed me as “it is not real”. odd right? Like he thought I had planted it in the room.
The overall hotel location was great! My family and I enjoyed the town and nearby shops. Most places were of walkable distance or a very short car ride (5-10 min.). The hotel breakfast was nice. You offered plenty of choices. My husband and I enjoyed the waffles and breakfast sandwiches. My son enjoyed the muffins. I think he ate 6 total while we were there.
The staff at the Westin were the absolute best! Always eager to help and went above and beyond what was asked! I can’t wait to go back! The food was excellent. We left a wedding reception to go back and eat the braised short ribs at the hotel! Delicious! Wonderful views of the ocean while in the room and while dining!
Absolutely beautiful property! Well kept gardens and pool. Beautiful grounds with fun tree swings to look at the ocean. 5 minutes from driftwood beach. Quiet side of the island, not next to all the chain hotels on the other end. Clean cute room. Pet friendly! We didn’t want to leave!
The property’s location was perfect ! Restaurants right across the street and the best market.
The bike rental was also great ,We rode bikes all over the island , it’s a beautiful place to relax and enjoy all the beauty of Jekyll Island !
The location is fantastic with the Park and the Warf restaurant in front of the hotel. Nice pool, Bike shop close to hotel. The Pantry is good for small snack. Bar well managed.
Our general stay was nice. We loved the area and how close we were to the beach and that it was not that crowded. We loved exploring Jekyll Island and learning the history.
The hotel is excellent for the price. Great amenities like the hotel bar and pool. The staff was absolutely amazing and couldn't have been more friendly.
