We stayed here one night coming home from overseas. the shuttle came when we called about 5 minutes later. we booked our early shuttle for the next morning when we checked in due to the number of people checking in and airline crew. No breakfast for us due to early departure, would stay if needed again. comfy room and efficient check in.

Stayed here for one night as flew in from FL and flight from JFK the next day. Didn’t want to risk bad weather so flew to NYC day before. Was expecting ho hum room but instead it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfy bed. Breakfast usual hotel fare but we weren’t expecting more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

the shuttle took an hour to collect from the airport then another hour to get to the hotel via every terminal - i should have booked a taxi.
The hotel is OLD and very expensive for what it is which is essentially a roadside motel. the carpets are dirty and as old as the building and smell . The photos on the website do not reflect reality. the receptionist was not friendly, very grumpy and dint care to answers questions.
fast food available outside. no restaurants close by. For an airport hotel, id spend the additional $100 and stay at the Marriot or TWA.
THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED and bookings.com should take more time to vet the hotels they represent. Everything about this hotel is stuck in the '70's
the staff was amazing, 24/7 answer via WhatsApp, paid for the drive to and from the airport (each one 30 dollars or so), amazing breakfast, floating breakfast is free, dinner was amazing provided at the restaurant, amazing spa, amazing spa, amazing location for pick up for each tour, golf car to go from the hotel to the main road where the pick up and drop off available 24/7, love the hotel, big villa, amazing private pool, nice bathroom
The airport shuttle service was well run. Since it only leaves the hotel for JFK on the hour, it's important to plan in order to get back to the airport on time.
The staff here are very nice and very helpful.
If you have a car, you can easily get to the beach and very pleasant seaside towns.
This was a great location for us visiting family in the area, but a challenge to get into Manhattan via public transportation.
There is a free airport shuttle which is very helpful! It runs 24 hours which is great. You have to call to book the shuttle. It would be great if there was a way to book the shuttle via message/email/text as we were traveling internationally and our phones don't work unless on wifi. Luckily a helpful local made the call for us!
It's about a 10min drive between the hotel and JFK, which is super convenient!
Very close to JFK with a shuttle service to facilitate transfers back and forth. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, although the reception staff were hardly friendly or service oriented. There is even a Burger King (culinary delights) adjacent to the hotel if you would like to challenge your taste buds.
Every person we came in contact with, from housekeeping to the front desk, was friendly and helpful. We were amazed at how quiet the room was, especially since the hotel is directly under the flight path for incoming planes at JFK. We never heard even one plane!
It was close to the airport which we needed it to be. The hotel felt more personable than others we have stayed in owing to the very welcoming staff member who was both courteous and informative. The decor was good. The room had everything we needed .
It was quiet. The shuttle doesnt run at 2 I needed to get to the airport so they called a cab I was told it would be q8 when the cab arrived 2 of us needed to go they tried to charge 32.00 each The hotel agreed to have someone take us in the van.
The location was good, at least for my needs to get around Cedarhurst. There are plenty of shops nearby and also fast-food locations. The hotel is really quiet considering the proximity to JFK.
The hotel is what you need to stay for a layower. You have bed, chair and stuff like that. Nothing more. Good for those who just want to sleep in their room, nothing more.
Receptionist was VERY helpful and kind and professional. Hotel was advertised as an airport hotel, but is FAR away from the airport. Terrible unsupportive, soft mattress.
