The only reason why I booked this particular hotel was because on the website it said it had shuttle service to the airport.upon arrival. I was informed that it did not have a shuttle.

No toilet paper in the room, the coffee maker in the room was broken, if you wanted ice you had to go to the 3rd floor while I was on the 1st floor with an out-of-service elevator. Breakfast not worth it go someplace else.

Wasn't too happy with how hard the best was. After check out never saw anyone at the front desk didn't feel too safe. Water pressure wasn't all that great for a shower or the hot water didn't work so well. Not enough towels. The cable was a little confusing as to how to work it

Close access to Taylor and Detroit which were our 2 destinations. Great staff! Secure parking area. Good coffee and lite breakfast choices. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good choice of tv stations. Coffee and hot tea 24 hours daily. I'll be back.
My car was broken into not a very safe area to park at as I was told by hotel manager because there cameras don’t work on neither side of building so I don’t know how safe the stay is but I’m glad I and my family made it safe and I wasn’t refunded after a registered gun was stolen from my safe box while I took things into the property and locked my doors they busted my windows and stole my things out of my car I’m sooo upset wouldn’t feel safe ever again at this location.
Clean white bed linens.Clean carpet did not dirty the bottom of our white socks.We had a power outage on the coldest day of the year.the other hotels i felt were price gauging..doubled in price for this day..this hotel had the most decent rate and they were full same as the rest.Also located in middle of a lot of restaurants/fast food within walking distance.
they didn't let me stay because there was no energy in the hotel. anyway, they charged me and I had to look for another place to spend the night and lost $59. they will tell me to get in touch with the book where I made the reservation so that it was canceled and the book said that I had to cancel with the hotel ending in a loss because no one reimbursed me
I chose this hotel because of the La Quinta's I have stayed at previously. This is absolutely not what I am used too from this chain. Unacceptable.
