Alex and Marie were lovely hosts, so friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect, very spacious and clean and with beautiful views over the rolling hills and down to Hauterives. It was also totally peaceful as it was away from the town but still very close if you wished to dine out or go to the village for any other reason. There was free wifi available and ample free parking on the property.

Nice gite on a quiet location with secure parking. Good Wi-Fi and a work desk available on one of the bedrooms. Comfortable bed and kitchen well equipped. Washing machine useful. Shop in village about a 30 minute walk away. Breakfast basket available at an extra cost, but we didn’t utilise this option. Bed linen and towel package also available which we did order and that was fine.

Gîte Le Bonnet ligger i Marlieux, 42 km från Mâcon Exhibition Centre, 43 km från Groupama Stadium och 43 km från Part-Dieu tågstation. Everything was just perfect. There are no other words to download it. Very clean, very spacious, hosts very friendly, very very everything. Totally recommend.

This was our second stay here; we will definitely return. An absolutely wonderful place to relax and explore a most appreciative area of France!

Home made confitures, several French cheeses, baguette, croissants, juice and great coffee with the lotion of having tea. We very much enjoyed our conversations with our host, Michael, who very much made us feel at home and was a very welcoming host and he has the gift of making guests feel very much at home!! We shared how we were spending our time during the visit and he showed us the different projects that he was doing on le Petit Cottage and the land. WE were very impressed with his talent for decoration and his talent at bringing more light into the house and at making us feel very much at home!! It is definitely a place that we'll return to! Michael has the gift of making people feel welcome!! We travel to France often and this was one of our top experiences for a stay!!
