We came to relax for one night and we could not have wished for a better stay. The room was really nice, had wonderful view and the breakfast was by far the best we've had in Peru. I definitely recommend using the transfer the hosts offer as it is reliable, you get to see the surroundings and it is not expensive at all.

Situated in Huillanopampa in the Taquile Island region, Taquile Sumaq Wasi - Casa de Felipe e Ines features a garden. The property has lake views. I'm genuinely happy to have spent some time at Ines and Felipe's. Everyone is super kind and we had the luck of being there while the family cooked for other community members and hosted a session of Easter chants, to which we have been allowed to take part. We decided to stay with local people from the Uros, and their rooms are beautiful just as we were looking for, basic and views of the lake, our host was friendly, and we took their kayak tour, great, if you want to live a different experience this is the option, recommended!

CHUYPAS DEL TITICACA is set in Puno, 4.6 km from Estadio Enrique Torres Belon, 4.7 km from Puno Port, and 4.7 km from Bahia de los Incas Boardwalk. Ronald was great, he picked me up from the port in his boat (for a fee I was happy to pay) and took me to his island, he and his wife had everything I needed for an island experience, they made me dinner, let me take the kayak out and event watched while I went for a quick dip in the chilly lake. It is a very comfortable place to stay but don't expect five star accommodations it is more like a really nice glamping setup which is what you should be looking for on a floating island!

Located on the beachfront in Puno, Hospedaje Rural La Florida en Llachon, Titicaca features a garden. This country house provides free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. Very hospitable and kind family! It was interesting for us to observe the life of the local people. Very tasty food (besides breakfast there was an opportunity for lunch and dinner). It is very calm around, no city fuss, we really rested our souls. Picturesque places nearby. It was possible to negotiate with the owner about the boat to the islands Amantani/Takile. And the alpaca lives here too!

The view is spectacular and right on Lake titicaca. My bed was super comfy also. Ruben and victoria are very.hospitaple and Ruben spoke English, which was a bonus for me
