My stay was excellent. From the very good service during check in, to getting a free upgrade to a one bed apt. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My apt was clean and had everything I needed for my 5 day stay. Room was cleaned once in the middle of my stay and that was fine with me as a solo traveller I didn't mess up the place. Distance to the beach or Los Cristianos town is maybe a 20min walk downhill but there's taxi ranks just outside the hotel if you need them. WiFi speed was very good in the room. TV has several channels in different languages. Overall very pleased with the hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again.

The minute we walked into our apartment you could smell how clean it was. The presses were sterilised and the apartment was spotless. A lovely welcome pack of a bottle of wine, tea, coffee etc. was on the table. Reception staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. The complex was lovely and quiet, perfect for drinks at night on the balcony.

Great location right by the beach and in the middle of the very busy main strip with many bars and restaurants if that’s your preference. A short walk to Avenida de La playa de las Americas for more choice of bars, Resturant’s and designer shops. Also nice and reasonably priced drinks in the hotel bars
