The breakfast was amazing, Dan and Jamie are absolutely amazing hosts! The B&B has a very warm vibe to it and is walking distance from the Falls and all the major attraction spots. Would recommend 100%

Looking for a homely place to stay in Niagara Falls, this is you destination.. All the falls are 5 mins walk away, no need to pay park parking rates.. Staff are kind and polite.. The restaurant has amazing breakfast and also the Hot Cocoa / Hot Chocolate was delicious and frothy wow. This is the place I will stay when I come back with my kids..

The room was large, with a lovely bathroom and it came with nice comfy robes. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially the cleaning lady. They brought milk and cookies to our room in the evening which I loved! The breakfast was very good even if you have to choose what you want the night before. They will deliver it to your room at no extra charge and they were on time each day. Fabulous hotel at an amazing price and it is right near all the tourist areas of the falls but not too close 😁

Helena the owner is the most interesting person I have ever met, she was such a good host and we were in awe of her stories from past over a cup of coffee once she had given us a tour of her amazing property. Our room, the Queen Suite was in the basement with our own access, it was immaculately clean and the bed was super comfy, there was plenty of room for me and my adult daughter and all our stuff. The B&B was a 5 minute walk from our first sighting of the falls at Niagara. Great location, lovely rooms (all of them as we were shown them on the tour of the house). So glad we cancelled Days Inn and booked The Lions Head instead.
