We never spent so much time within the hotel premises as we did here, really excellent service!

Have stayed here 4 times and will return

The Occidental Roca Negra Adults-Only Hotel****, located in the seaside town of Agaete, in the north-eastern part of Gran Canaria, is a petite paradise for adults to relax (minimum age is 16 years... I loved the outside sea and mountain view. The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very spacious and the interior of the hotel is very well put together and designed very nicely. The breakfast was amazing, loads of options to choose from and a chef to prepare your eggs just as one pleasured. Loved the natural pool that's like less than 10 minutes walk. Secluded area and very quiet. The Rock top bar looks amazing and the beautiful gazebo to relax and take a drink too. Beautiful top view. Very very beautiful hotel. No regrets staying here at all.

It was exceptional vacation! The territory if full plants, very clean and taking care of. All personnel is very respectful and positive. The food was very varied, chicken, lots of fish, fruites - veery tasty and fresh! There is a comfortable alley on the way to the beach, with shops. Also a large supermarket is just across the street.
