This pension totally exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, it being just 200m from Plaza Mayor and the Mercado San Miguel. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped with free water, a bottle of Cava, hairdryer and also a luggage rack. The staff were friendly and had no problem with my partner arriving before I did, despite me being the person who made the booking.

Located in the trendy Chueca area in Madrid, this design hotel is 20 minutes’ drive from Barajas Airport and IFEMA Congress Centre. Great location in a really cool neighbourhood of Madrid,. Staff where excellent especially Cristina on reception who went above & beyond on her level of service. When we where checking in I dropped a bowl we had bought as a memento by our daughter. Cristina & Victor took the trouble to have it repaired and delivered to our room at no cost. On this trip we stayed at 16 different hotels in the USA, Canada, Portugal, Spain and Japan, this was by far the best!

The location was great for us, out side of madrid not too far from mslls and airport. very good for traveling with a car - parking inside the hotel property.

The hotel is located in an old building opposite the Royal Palace. Near all attractions and many cafes and restaurants. The hotel management really care about their guests.
