Very cozy small hotel, with a nice garden and lobby area. It is close to the center, 10 min walk and right next to the train station. The room was cozy, modern bathroom, and comfortable bed. I would come back again.

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets. We are also close to the cinemas, theatre and the best restaurants. This was our third or fourth stay at Le Splendid. Obviously, we like it very much. The location is superb, parking is very close by and discounted for hotel guests, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The hotel design is pleasing. Did I mention the staff? They are all excellent. We would like to compliment and acknowledge Charlotte in particular. She is very welcoming and a tremendous asset to Le Splendid. We look forward to our next stay.

I really enjoyed how even the staircase was carefully decorated. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, e.g., for places to go, maps or keeping luggage in their storage. They were always ready for a little chat. I really slept like a baby in the bed as the bed was comfy and the room very quiet (even though facing a street). Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was small but was also nicely and practically designed with a hot & powerful shower. The hotel’s location directly in the old city centre and only 2min ftom the bus/train station was a bonus.
