Resting by the picturesque Keizersgracht canal, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring this charming, historical town. The location was great. The property is lovely. The small romantic bedroom was big enough. Great restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Hotel Spaander is located in a prime position in Volendam on the banks of the Lake Markermeer. This historical hotel dating back to 1881 has a truly authentic Dutch feel to it. The hotel is very elegant, its location is beautiful, the room is spacious, and it had a beautiful view of the sea. We did not delay in the reservation procedures. The staff are wonderful and very respectful, and the breakfast is varied, but I will return soon to this elegant hotel. Thank you to the hotel staff
