Friendly staff. Holley at Reception was very welcoming. Although Check-in was at 3pm, as we had informed we would be arriving at ard 11am, Holley got a room ready for us to check-in early and enjoy the resort facilities. Welcome drink was tasty and my kid enjoyed the welcoming experience. Pool and salt water lagoon was the highlight of the stay. Excellent spread for buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here again.

Set in Gold Coast, 500 metres from Broadbeach, Luxury Ocean View Studio Apartments offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a garden and a terrace. Extreamly nice hosts of Vivienne and Graham who have provided us almost everything in need during a trip! Besides the stunning beautiful view of sea, the cozy and spacious room was equipped w useful tools, considerate plates and pots, as well as fun activities like chess etc. The bath was super comfortable. There is a tram just to the front gate of the apt bldg, which makes our trip to beach very easy. I would come back 100% if visit the city again, and recommend it to every of my friends and relstives!

VIEWS - watching the Whale from your balcony is incredible!!! Everything was super clean - the room was very large. Fancy.

• QT Gold Coast has just undergone a complete refurbishment of all 293 guest rooms and suites. Customer Service and experience was well beyond what i expected. They made sure to give me a really memorable experience. I felt like Royalty :)

Matatagpuan ang Oaks Gold Coast Hotel sa layong 400 m lang mula sa beach, kung saan puwede kang maglakad-lakad, at 3.5 km mula sa Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, para makapamili ka. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to surfers paradise beach and the same to broadbeach. But the location was quiet and away from any busy restaurants. The view from the 19th floor was amazing! We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed for more. The toiletries were good quality and the bathroom was huge. Great pressure in the shower too. The room itself was enormous and the balcony was brilliant. We paid $20 for parking overnight and you could definitely find cheaper elsewhere but this was peace of mind as it is in an underground locked parking garage. We also had regular rainbow lorikeet visitors to our balcony which was really nice. There was a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and bars but there is a Shell garage opposite for any immediate purchases with a tiny Coles inside. We got coffee and pastries from there rather than having breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed them looking out from the balcony. The super king sized bed was incredibly comfy. Wish we could go back

Everything was amazing, and the staff was helpful and gave me an upgraded room on floor 23 showing most of the Gold Coast area 🤗
