*The new Swiss Chocolate Hotel by Fassbind in Zurich was built in 2021. *The architecture and decoration of the hotels was inspired by the fabulous story of the Swiss Chocolate industry. Despite this being the smallest room advertised (I think), it was fine for me.

Newly renovated in 2024, the Hotel Marta offers good-value rooms in the centre of Zürich, 5 minutes' walk from Zürich Main Station. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire building. The Indian origin receptionist is super helpful

This 3-star hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Zurich Main Train Station. It offers a restaurant and free in-room Wi-Fi. The Bahnhofstrasse shopping street is just a short walk away. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

The Central Plaza Hotel is situated right at Zurich's Central Square next to the main railway station. Guests enjoy free WiFi and complimentary access to the gym next door. Location was good. Staff was nice.
