Very near to the Zoo S-Bahn Station, but not noisy. Just 11 minutes to the airport with the S-Bahn. Good breakfast, friendly staff. It was raining and I received an umbrella for a pledge. Will definitely go back.

It gave us the freedom to make the most of our last day without feeling rushed or pressured to leave early.

This hotel in the Pempelfort district of Düsseldorf offers convenient connections to the Old Town district and the main train station. We loved the room. It was this cute minimalistic retro style room. Its was a nice bathroom too. It was all really likable. Unfortunatly once we got there one of the nightlights was broken. It could've happened to anyone so we didn't mind. But we were scared that if we didn't let someone know, they would charge us for it. On the contrary they gave us 2 drinks on the house which was really nice of them. And we wanted to book the spa for a couple of hours. They told us about the broken sauna right before we wanted to go in. But, the steambath was still working. So they gave us two options. We could cancel without charging us or we could book it for half the price. This might sound obvious to some people to get offered these things, but the staff really isn't this nice a lot of the time. We just got a bit of bad luck on vacation sometimes, but they really made sure our stay would be less fun because of that. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice to us. It's definitely a place I would recommend to other people.

This 3-star superior hotel in Dusseldorf offers free Wi-Fi, underground parking. Victoriaplatz Underground Station is a 5-minute walk away and a 3-minute train ride from the city centre. It was really great to have a parking place available for us, as we did arrive before the usual checking-in time. We have been back the first time after the pandemic lockdown in Europe and have very much enjoyed again the stay at the hotel, not to forget to mention the beautiful breakfast.
