Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff and the welcome were exceptional, the hotel and the rooms are very beautiful and brand new, the view from the room overlooking the stunning market square is unique, the cleanliness exceptional. The area in which it is located is beautiful, and the position is ideal for reaching the center of Heidelberg and the most interesting attractions. Truly a fantastic hotel that I will recommend to friends without hesitation and that I will visit again as soon as possible. Thank you for your hospitality and welcoming that made our stay special.

These suites and apartments provide a beautiful place to stay in Heidelberg. They are located on the River Neckar, next to the Old Bridge and a short walk from all attractions. very good location, nice view of river and castle. lovely small hotel, good design and excellence function in the room. bed is good and comfortable. staffs are very nice ( Even though their working hour is 8 am - 8 pm. ) very good option for Mini bar and all included in the room charge.

My stay in Berger Hotel was good, I would point out the staff’s kindness and readinness to help. The Hotel is located in a very intimate neigbourhood surrounded by other villas. I would also recommen their breakfast with many delicious options and extra fast and nice service.

Absolutely a wonderful stay! Attention to the small details add charm, comfort, and value. One of the cleanest and most relaxed stays we’ve had in the past year. Breakfast is definitely a standout! Location is in a peaceful quiet area yet an easy short 10-15 minute walk to the old part of Heidelberg. Communication with property manager was thorough and efficient. Parking is limited but the staff will absolutely do all they can to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. We highly recommend this as a must stay!!!

The rooms were spatious and the beds and bedware were very comfortable. The two doublebeds were in kingsize and easy to share. Extra positive were that the coffee mashine was filled up with whole beans enough for us all during 3 days.
