We were met on arrival by the hosts, even though it was quite late as our flight had been changed. Everything was explained and keys were handed over. There was good communication before our arrival. The apartment was perfect for us as a family with two teenagers as they had their own rooms. The master bedroom had an ensuite and large walk in closet to store our belongings. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and had a capsule coffee machine as well as a kettle. Lots of seating in the living room and dining table. Bright apartment with lots of windows but also shutters and blinds if you don't want light. You could open the windows for fresh air. There was air con but we didn't use it. We did have the heat on as it was cold outside. The view of the sea was fantastic. We were there for New Year's and had a good view of the fireworks. There are bus stops very close by so it's easy to get anywhere quickly and easily. We bought Hola Barcelona travel cards before our arrival. Or you can walk along the beach into the centre in about half an hour which is a lovely walk. It's also near the Poblenou neighbourhood which is a great area for shopping and restaurants but much less touristy.

City center is a 1-2 km walk, so a bit long, but fine for us. Fast response on messages.

Francesc is a wonderful host! We enjoyed our stay at his flat, well located near the port, well furnished and perfect for a stay in group/family. We'd come back for sure! Everything was great!

Locația este potrivita pentru o familie cu 1-2 copii, este bine dotată, curata, relativ aproape de unele obiective turistice (Sagrada Familia este la 20 minute de mers pe jos). Noi iubim sa cunoaștem orice oraș la pas, asa ca, a fost minunat ca inca din prima zi am reușit sa vedem multe dintre obiective, sa ne plimbăm pe faleza, sa mâncăm din bunătățile locale. Marco este o persoana foarte agreabila, implicata, dornica sa te ajute cu orice îți este necesar, raspunde foarte repede fiecarei solicitari. Recomand!

Situate la mai puţin de 5 minute de mers pe jos de staţia de metrou Bogatell, aceste apartamente dotate cu aer condiţionat au decor modern. The location of the apartment was great! Safe area very close to the beach and also 20 min/30 min walking to Gothic quarter and also to Sagrada Familia. Metro stop was also very near. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for a family and had all the basic necessities provided. We only communicated online with the hosts but all information/communication for check-in/check-out was very prompt and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend the place for a short or an extended stay!
