Tofi 2 is a cosy apartment that is perfectly equipped with everything needed to make you feel at home. The owner and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a 5 night stay, and honestly, we wish it could have lasted more. The beds and pillows are excellent, so we always got a very good rest after our long walks around the city. We received delicious treats and they did not even know it was our honeymoon :) The positioning is good, you are at walking distance from two metro stations and several bus stops. The neighbourhood is nice and peaceful, especially in the evenings, but you still have options in the area if you want to go out.

This was easily our favourite stay in the 3 weeks we were in Europe. 10/10 I can not recommend enough!! So close to everything and jsut outside of the eco zone so you don’t get a ticket if you’re driving in from another place without the eco sticker. The apartment had everything we needed and then some. They even had a towel warmer in the bathroom!!! Hot water on tap and enough for everyone to shower! If you’re considering, stay here!

Conveniently located in the Carabanchel district of Madrid, Nicoletta is set 4.6 km from Parque de Atracciones de Madrid, 5.3 km from Plaza de España Metro Station and 5.5 km from Royal Palace of... It is a lovely little apartment. Everything is new, clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Metro station is 2 minute walk away. Nicoletta is a very nice woman, always looking to help.

The location was extremely convenient and David was a wonderful host! The bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom were all well equipped and clean. David was kind to leave out extra storage space for all guests as well and made sure to offer help whenever we needed! Wifi worked very well too for when I had to work during the trip.
