Brian and the rest of the staff were great....very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our chats with them. The hotel is a boutique hotel that has been recently done over. We had a cool room on the third floor that had spa like qualities. It is conveniently located for walking everywhere and minutes to the tram station if you need to ride, but was nice and quiet for sleeping. We took the tram three stops back to the train station to pick up our rental car when we were leaving. We did not eat breakfast but we did have coffee outside as well as one of Brian's special cocktails the night we arrived. We would not hesitate to recommend the Lola!

Set in an 18th-century building, this hotel is located 900 metres from Bordeaux Saint Jean Train Station. Free WiFi is accessible in the air-conditioned rooms at Maison Fredon. We loved our stay - fantastic location, absolutely beautiful room with loads of space and gorgeous decor. Plus, they were super helpful and communicative with all questions answered almost immediately. 10/10 would recommend!
