İç avlu manzaralı Magnifique T2 neuf - résidence neuf- Hyper central, Nice'te Plage Voilier'e 700 metre ve Plage Blue Plajı'na 800 metre mesafede yer alan bir konaklama birimidir. We had a wonderful staying at the Magnifique T2 neuf, in this charming flat. The hosts were super friendly and we got all informations with key handover in time.They were flexible with our arriving time too. The apartment is full equipped in the kitchen and in the bathroom as well. You can find everything for making meals in the kitchen, washing up,cleaning, washing your clothes. Special glad for the hairdryer with diffuser it is most essential thing for a person with curly hair like me. We could switching on the heating system on the flat for the chilli nights. The flat is located on a lovely street nearby the tram 2, from where be able to reach out the most visited attractions in Nice, and also there are the sea and the promenade for a 10-15 mins by walking. You can find a grocery shop and bakery as well not so far from the flat by walking, and you can admire so many nice building on this walk.

Nice'te Plage Voilier'e 800 metre, Forum Plajı'na ise yaklaşık 1 km uzaklıkta yer alan Bel appartement de 40m2 à louer klimalıdır. Great location. Very nice apartment.

The flat is only 2-3 min from the promenade and aroung 10 min to the city center and Massena square. There are a lot of shops, restaurants around the building so it is really convenient. The flat is well equiped with everything needed.
