Set directly on the Promenade des Anglais, opposite the beach, this hotel was renovated in 2015 and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi access. I would always come back! Joseph was the best Hotelier I‘ve ever met! He will make your stay feels like home for sure!

Situated on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Villa Eden is a hotel offering views of the Mediterranean Sea, 2.2 km from Nice's Old Town and Massena Square and 3.5 km from Phoenix Park. The hotel is lovely and so close to the beach. Set back from the promenade it is quaint, quiet and charming. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and very clean. We especially appreciated the in room air conditioning unit!

Nastanitev Magnifique appartement au centre-ville de Nice je ob obali v Nici, le 3 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Plage Poincare, in nudi teraso ter brezplačen WiFi. Place is right next to tram station. host gave very explicit directions on how to get in and kept in contact by Whatsup which was great. Very comfy place, loved that the kitchen had cookies, coffee and tea and much more - which was a welcome bonus, Thank you David - you are a gem.

Set within the Les Baumettes district in Nice, Nice Lenval Seaview Free Parking has air conditioning, a terrace, and sea views. Loved everything. It was clean. Tram stop right outside. Quiet at night.
