El Hotel des Dames se encuentra a 100 metros del palacio de exposiciones y del centro Acrópolis. Very friendly stuff with English speaking, very good position which close to Nice old city. Decent price (~60 euros in March 2024) with everything equipped in a single room.

Pretty and quiet top floor 2 bedroom flat in the port area of Nice, que tiene vistas a la ciudad, dispone de alojamiento con terraza y balcón a unos 16 min a pie de Plage des Ponchettes. We liked everything about this appartment, the location, well equiped kitchen, comfort. In Our host was very nice, and gave us all required information. Merci beaucoup, Muriel!

Le Riquier - Port de Nice se encuentra en el barrio de Riquier, en Niza, cerca de Plage des Bains Militaires. Dispone de wifi gratis y lavadora. The apartment was very close to the port, and walking distance to the Promenade. It was exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Also very close to the supermarket, which is great for using the kitchen.

La Cachette du Port! -Avec parking au Port de Nice está en el barrio de Riquier, en Niza, a 14 min a pie de Plage des Bains Militaires, a 1,3 km de Plage de Rauba Capeu y a 18 min a pie de Plage... Wonderful hospitality from the host. Great location, close to the centre, the port, and the exit of the city. With exceptionally good interior, decoration, and facilities (everything from snacks and drinks to a hairdryer and washing machine), there's everything you'd ever need and more. The parking space is very close to the apartment, which is very rare for the location, and is decent sized for this part of Europe. Very good AC in both rooms. Lovely terrace. Very peaceful and quiet during the night.
