Staff were very helpful, looking after bags pre check-in, providing maps and explanation of tourist options. Roomwas very clean and had everything we needed. Great breakfast. Big room and whilst I had reservation about it looking ‘cold’ and austere it was really comfortable. Had great nights sleep. Ritual show products were a bonus. Plenty of towels, robe and slippers. Amazing breakfast- so much choice.

The staff is very friendly and goes through all lengths to accommodate our requests. They allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out and even kept some food in their refrigerator for us. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!
