The hotel staff cannot do enough to help you enjoy your stay - the manager we had for the majority of our time, Alexandra, was literally invaluable for advice and help with anything and all the staff were so friendly, efficient and accomodating - they obviously enjoy their jobs and it shows!

The hotel is in a beautiful courtyard, where two of the gates close at night, so you feel quite secure and it means it's quiet. Breakfast was great, and even though the hotel was fully booked one night, they have signs up to ensure guests booked a slot and were accommodated. Staff were really friendly and helpful. When we checked in we were offered free drink vouchers if we were happy to not have our room serviced, because we were staying 2 nights. I really like that option to do a bit towards sustainability. Close to 2 tube stations/bus stops and minutes walk to several local pubs and a couple of restaurants.

El Zetter es un peculiar hotel georgiano situado en una pintoresca plaza empedrada de Clerkenwell, Londres. it was my partners birthday, the staff were so lovely and bought us complimentary drinks on multiple occasions! the hotel itself is amazing, SO quirky and so different to anywhere we’ve stayed before! would 100% recommend if you’re after good service, a new experience and good value in London!
