Our luggage was lost by the airline and the manager did everything possible to get it back to us very quickly, we can't thank him enough!

What an incredible location with breathtaking views! Absolutely gorgeous views from the infinity pool and restaurant area. We had a wonderful stay and the view from our room was amazing. So peaceful and serene! The staff were so kind and helpful! Anything we needed was handled very quickly and with a smile. Special thank you to Adam who went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of! We highly recommend the Kov Ceningan and wished we could have stayed longer.
