They also give you restaurants, sight seeing locations that the locals use. The entire staff is super friendly and speak fluent English. They will accommodate any requests you may have.

Set in the heart of the Cannaregio district of Venice, this 4-star hotel offers beautiful design and a welcoming atmosphere. Its large rooms come with luxurious fittings and spacious bathrooms. We were surprised that since our room lock was not working, they immediately provided us with another room which was bigger, but with no extra price. It was very pleasant, and we did not have to wait until they fix the lock - this was important since we were tired from the road and wanted to have a rest and eat, without wasting time. In the new room there was a lot of drinking water. Thank you for this!
