The staff were very friendly and responded to anything very quickly. There was a moment where it seemed like our drain was clogged, however after contacting the staff, my phone died. The staff waited until I came back to check on the issue (I got back closer to 1am so they waited for around 5 hours for me to return ㅠㅠㅠ). This place will be the number one option for all my future Busan visits!

Owners might be busy around in the building. Unable to make the phone call, I found the best way to reach out is messaging via booking.com.
