Dirancang dengan tema sinematik, Hotel28 Myeongdong adalah hotel pertama di Korea yang menjadi anggota dari Small Luxury Hotels of the World Ltd. the hotel has a really cool concept and i loved the Cinema theme. the Gallery and rooftop was such a nice touch!! staff were really professional and helpful as well, they made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome. beautiful hotel all in all. would stay here again! popcorn was my fav part:)

It’s very close to a metro station that connects many lines (there’s even a lift at exit 4). The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue upon check-in, and the team immediately provided an alternative way better than I thought. Highly recommended!

My stay here was great! The staff at the front desk are helpful and try their best to help with whatever they can. In particular one of their staff Sung-ho Kim went above and beyond to help me contact my taxi driver, arrange for my lost water bottle to be delivered back to me and made the arrangements to make sure all the payment for the delivery was settled. The bottle was very important to me and I was so so relieved and grateful to have it back. The family room was really nicely put together although each individual room was quite small and we had to take turns to open up our luggages fully in the living room. A small inconvenience that didn’t really bother anyone! The property was near enough to myeongdong that we were just a quick cab ride away but far enough that you still feel safe and it’s quiet around us.

The staff is kind and supportive. Everything looks tidy and clean. It´s a really good place to stay when in Shanghai. I will repeat for sure :)
