El Hivernage Hotel & Spa está a poca distancia a pie de la medina y los zocos de Marrakech. Las habitaciones cuentan con TV vía satélite y WiFi gratuita. Lovely neighbourhood, away from the chaos of medina. Very easy to get into medina (20 mins walk). The hotel is very well kept, the lobby is spacious, the pool is pristine and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were incredibly welcoming! We also got lunch on our first day at the hotel restaurant and the lamb tagline was absolutely delicious!

Exceptional staff who went out of their way to take care of all our needs and necessities. They all spoke good English which was a plus. We had a super early check out at 5 am and the staff packed breakfast for us, to go. they even packed a cup of milk for our little toddler. So thoughtful and sweet. Clean rooms. Great location!
