Convenient central location with a metro station nearby. The hotel was opened recently, it's beautifully designed, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the bistro serves exceptional meals. But above all, the highlight for me was the superb staff - professional but friendly, accommodating and approachable. They went above and beyond in helping me track down a lost item and had it shipped to me after I left the city. It was fantastic customer experience and I will surely stay here again in the future.

500 meters from Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen 171. Urban Design Hotel is situated in Rotterdam centre and features air-conditioned rooms. Very clean, the host was very nice, no complaints in any form. Great hotel!

The location was the best as the were a lot of restaurants and events happening in the surroundings. The do your own cocktail was fun.
