Everything ! The staff, the grounds of the hotel, the breakfast is the best we've had in Portugal. The beach nearby is a beautiful and excellent beach ! We love everything about the place. I just wish it also has a ensuite with kitchen then it will be perfect ! The price is unbeatable. This is by far the best price, staff, breakfast and location we've had in Portugal. We will definitely return here when we return to Portimao !

Completely renovated and located on the cliffs of Praia do Vau beach, the Turim Presidente Hotel has 178 rooms with large balconies for relaxing. Most of the rooms have a sea view. Hotel is close to the beach and have plenty of restaurants / eateries nearby. It was nice to have an evening walk along the beach. We also like the swimming pool, the room size; and plenty of tables/shelves to put our stuff. Hotel staff was friendly; we tried to book dolphin tour; and the receptionist helped us find out that the ocean was too bumpy and not suitable for our kid to take the boat ride. We appreciate that they are not just out to earn our money, but considered our safety too. We also got to part at the hotel garage for free.

The views, the space, the peace and there was everything needed for a comfortable stay. Owner was very helpful and went out of his way to assist me in finding a properties for rent in the area. The welcome bag was a very classy touch that was much appreciated. An amazing accommodation made better by the hosts.

A recently renovated property, Fantastic Apartment in Praia do Vau is located in Portimão near Vau Beach, Careanos Beach and Praia do Alemão. Super close to the beach which was lovely. Apartment was very nice, spacious and well equipped. The couple of little supermarkets we found were surprisingly well stocked with vegan produce.
