Having water, coffee and tea in the room. Evening front desk crew were friendly and professional. Crew responded quickly to get us out of the elevator that became out of order between floors. I like the security of having a key to ride the elevator to go our room.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a tremendous little restaurant in the lobby that does fantastic food and has excellent service. The hotel staff will go out of their way to make your stay feel comfortable and everything is within walking range or a short taxi drives away.

Situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione MRT Lavender, l'ibis budget Singapore Imperial dispone di una piscina panoramica e di un parcheggio gratuito. Le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto. Everything. We stayed for two nights. The location is next to MRT station. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Bed very comfortable. I will come back for sure.

First, i would like to thank the staffs in the reception. They are very accommodating to us. They managed to do my request such as our rooms will be close to each other and with window. Rooms are clean and cozy. i will definitely come back.
