The spa area was a haven of relaxation, offering a range of indulgent treatments in a serene atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed unwinding in the spa after a day of exploring the bustling city. Her dedication to customer service was evident from the moment we checked in. She took the time to provide us with valuable tips for exploring the city, which made our sightseeing adventures much smoother and more enjoyable.
