Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit is located at the heart of Bangkok's city centre, providing a convenient location for both business and leisure. Everything was beyond my expectation. Staffs were grateful, helpful and polite. Hot water and AC worked well. Throughout our stay, we did many minor requests like amenities or extra water and they managed to do all of them for us. There are HDMI and VGA ports to connect your devices with TV. You can borrow HDMI cables from them too! Extremely good location with BTS station less than 100 m walking distance, nearby pharmacy, cafes and convenience stores.

El personal de l’hotel molt amables, simpatics i atents, molt dificil de superar. L’habitació super amplia, amb un llit molt còmode i el bany molt complert. Like to stay there as a friendly hotel. Have been staying there since when it was the Majestic Grand and the rebranding has in no way diminished the experience.
