From the moment we arrived the whole experience was exceptional. Eman met us and her graciousness and kindness were immediately evident. The staff in restaurant ( and at breakfast) were so enthusiastic. The rooms in this beautifully restored property are the closest l have ever experienced to waking up in a Palace, sumptuous and spacious. The breakfasts were the best we experienced in our four month trip. Congratulations to a wonderful team- And thank you.

We received help to call an airport taxi through Bolt application at 4AM (FYI the price was 17TND, the trip took less than 20 minutes).

Hotel Dar Ben Gacem sa nachádza v Medine, starom meste Tunisu, 12 km od medzinárodného letiska Tunis-Kartágo. Had a great experience staying here. The price was quite reasonable, the services was fantastic, and the breakfast was great. The room was beautiful and quiet. I found the hotel to be very beautiful, quite, and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic. Hopefully I can make it back for another stay.
