Ali also was very helpful and overall the staff are really great and make a difference to your stay. The hotel also has really nice rooms and is situated in a great location.

The location is great and hotel provides free shuttle service to nearest attractions. The staff is very cordial & professional. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed 4 days and the service was great everyone was friendly and always helped with anything we needed. The room was great, we had a great view it was clean the. The breakfast was great as expected in Istanbul really big though :D, it will get you full and ready for most of the day. The location I would also praise it absolutely, the Taxim metro station was pretty close so that connects you to the other parts of the city, and if you want to visit something close, the Taxim square is a 5-10 mins away and there is a ton of stuff to do there. And the location is really quiet, away from the traffic.
