The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and great facilities. Room was clean everyday and a great view of the city. Location was perfect! Close to Time Square and subway close by too. Breakfast each morning was super.

Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea ligger 5 minutters gang fra Pennsylvania Amtrak Station. Delvist moderniseret fint værelse. Rengøring, størrelse og beliggenhed super. Venligt og hjælpsom personale, specielt Wendy som gjorde rent på hele 9. etage. Gratis vand i receptionen rigtigt dejligt. Spiste ikke morgenmad på hotellet, da morgenmad er en Starbuks

From the moment we arrived the bell boy/hop Dino right up to the reception staff were warm and welcoming, friendly and helpful with information on the surroundings, what to do where to go ,eat etc. Although there was no coffee maker in the room the Bell boy/hop very quickly arranged for one with enough supply of coffee etc. for our 2 night 3 day stay. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The lifts were fast. We would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone.
