Situated in New York and with Bloomingdales reachable within 600 metres, Best Western Plus Soho Hotel features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. the staff was super friendly. the breakfast server was amazing, very kinda person with attention for every detail. My family loved her.

This was a great place to stay! The location is fantastic: good subway connections but also you can walk to multiple different districts from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel room (accessible queen) was very spacious and clean. Comfy bed and life saving AC. The hotel staff was really lovely - special thanks to Michael for the warm welcome!

I found the location in Chinatown quite nice, lots of restaurants all around, with good and not so expensive food. There are several subway stations nearby so you can get everywhere else quite quickly. The room was clean and nice. In bigger cities in the US you would sometimes sleep in trashy places for a lot of money, but absolutely not here. Even the bathroom looked quite modern. The staff was friendly. I could store my luggage after check out. There is no breakfast at the hotel but there‘s breakfast places nearby so no problem.

Despite being so close to the train, i could not hear any of it in the week i stayed and slept like a baby. The soundproofing was that amazing. The roomkeeping was fast, thorough it was pleasant. Not only that, the owner was very sweet, offered recommendations for food places and went above and beyond.
