Location was amazing, so close to Central Park, broadway and time square. Not to mention subway stations across the street. Luggage storage was awesome. Their drivers were so much better than taking a yellow cab and it was the same price.

There were a plethora of amenities. The room service food was 10/10 The roof top bar was beautiful 10/10 The food and music at sessions.(The restaurant in the hotel) 10/10 The staff were exceptional. My check in process was speedy. The Concierge were more than delighted to assist with directions. On the second day of my stay it started to rain the gentlemen at the help desk gave me an hotel umbrella for my travels during the day. They left me a birthday card and cake on my birthday. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is ideally located in Manhattan a very short walking distance from Broadway theatres and Times Square, the staff were really friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean with a fantastic view.

The hotel is at an excellent location. Subway close by and right on Times Square, where it's all happening! The staff were very welcoming and always had a smile on their face and very accommodating. Room has a great view over TS.

DoubleTree by Hilton New York Times Square South features air-conditioned rooms with cable TV in the Hell's Kitchen district of New York. Very centrally located; easy to walk to numerous places including Times Square, Central Park, 5th Avenue shopping, Hudson Yards, and Penn Station. Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help. A few people saying in reviews that the rooms are small; personally I think they’re fine for size - I’m not sure what people are expecting in a large city. The rooms are spacious enough, with tea and coffee making facilities which were topped up daily. TV had a range of channels; USB plugs for charging devices, plenty of luxury toiletries available. They also held my baggage free of charge on my final day to save me lugging my suitcase around with me.
