My 13 year old son and I LOVED our stay. It felt like an experience to stay there as opposed to just a room somewhere else. Can't wait to come back next time I'm in NYC.

Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is located in the heart of Downtown Manhattan in TriBeCa, less than 700 meters from the iconic Brooklyn Bridge and scenic waterfront Seaport District. The Four Seasons New York Downtown is a great hotel. The hotel bar is nice and the in-house restaurant "CUT" by Wolfgang Puck is excellent. The rooms are nice and neat and the beds are as usual for Four Seasons very comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

City Hall Park is within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Centrally located at 85 West Broadway on the corner of Chambers Street, Smyth is nestled in the heart of Tribeca. Very convenient for the subway and walking distance from many great areas

This 4-star New York City hotel is in the Tribeca neighborhood, across the street from trendy SoHo shopping. It offers guest rooms, a 24-hour gym and a restaurant. The position of the hotel is ideal: it’s located along Canal Street, which is one of the most important main street of Downtown Manhattan; almost every Metro line of Manhattan has a stop, called “Canal Street”, near or not far from the hotel: so, the hotel is very well served; another positive aspect of the location of the hotel is that it’s located near Tribeca, Nolita and Soho districts; in particular, Soho is, a quarter full of life (restaurants, pubs, shops, etc.); in addiction, the building of the hotel is bordering with the Postal Office. From outside to inside, the hotel has rooms with an amazing view, looking on the Empire State Building; it has a lounge (21st floor) with roof terrace, in which you can have your breakfast. The rooms are very well cleaned and large enough with an elegant shower box; the staff is kind and polite: my wife and me have been helped by a young concierge, Wilmar, who solved a problem for us: we arrived in hotel early in the morning after a night flight. Of course, the room was not ready for check-in but Wilmar let us to use the restrooms and to have a breakfast in the lounge on the roof terrace.

Overall the room was comfortable. The location was great. We walked to all our destinations, within 30 mins. Battery Park we took a train and walked to World Trade Memorial, Little Italy, and Chinatown.

Surrounded by art galleries and shops in the lively Tribeca neighbourhood of lower Manhattan, this hotel offers TV and free Wi-fi Rooms at Sonder l Duane Street are furnished with hardwood floors, and... The location was excellent and the room was spacious and very clean.Also the staff at the front door were friendly and accommodating.We were also able to leave our luggage with them since we had a late flight. Would absolutely come back!
