This was our first time visiting NYC, we were on honeymoon and the staff were very friendly and genuine. We got our room upgraded to celebrate the occasion. We will definitely come back to this hotel in future anniversaries, really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is very well located, only 2 blocks away from the nearest subway station. Room was renovated and very comfortable. My special thanks goes to Maria, Chanise and Jonathan at the front desk who were really nice and professional.

Super friendly staff, they checked us in earlier without problem, great localization, close to the metro and Central Park. A lot of great coffee and restaurant options. Spacious rooms (for a NYC standards).

Great to have full-tine staff to help out. View was fantastic from our corner room and the location is excellent.

This hotel, located in the center of Manhattan's Upper West Side, is 1 block from Central Park. It offers a continental breakfast and free in-room Wi-Fi. it was in a great location the breakfast was fantastic and room was great and the people at the front desk were incredibly helpful

This Manhattan hotel is 83 metres from the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Central Park is 161 metres from the Empire Hotel. It features a seasonal rooftop outdoor pool. They had a great check in service. The bed was great for my back as I've had back surgery and the bed caused no pain. It was clean, smelled fresh and I liked that they had a easy to use safe to protect your valuables. It was was right next to Starbucks and a 24 hour pharmacy as well as close to Columbus Circle shops and metro and Central Park. It was a perfect place to stay with my family and I'd stay there again. It also was in a very safe feeling neighborhood. Loved it.
