Irvin, Rafael and Rene went above and beyond. They were fun to chat with, extremely good at their jobs and kind. Alejandro and Christian did great jobs on all the tours. The room was amazing and it had such a beautiful view. Would highly recommend anyone to visit.

Chira glamping is one of the best hotel experiences in our life, I am so glad that we booked it, shame that we only had one day to stay here. If we return to Costa Rica, we will surely book this hotel for a longer stay. The tents have the million dollar view indeed. Watching the magnificent sunset above the Pacific ocean from the terrace jacuzzi is so romantic, a lifetime memory. The San Lucas treetop restaurant of the hotel is also a must. Delicious food served with very creative ideas, the whole story behind, the special care for guests and personal touch are all exceptional. Then the night comes and one can feel the presence of the cloud forest while in bed, waking up to the sound of the jungle and just admire the setting. Breakfast is served in your room, so one have full privacy. The kitchen cabinet is full of delicacies as fruits, sweets, water and beer if you carve for some besides the seven course dinner and full breakfast. And on the top of it there is even a small present left for guests in the room (I'm drinking that coffee at home right now, and longing for Costa Rica and Chira). Daniel and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. The hotel property was so cool...there is nothing like staying right in a rainforest right next to the Pacific Ocean. The food was great, the beach was great...we have only wonderful things to say about this place. We would 100% recommend staying here. If waking up to a fresh breakfast while parrots, hummingbirds, sloths, and monkeys hang out in the forest nearby sounds like fun, you will love this place. Getting there isn't the easiest but pulling up to a beach by boat to get dropped off at your accommodation is about as incredible as it gets for me.

Great location and great volunteers working there. Amazing food and amazing hospitality! Fire flies and lightning storm our first night was magical to watch from the jacuzzi.

Located 10 km from Sky Adventures Monteverde, Domo Glamping Monteverde provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. It is a fabulous place for a stay, in the middle of the valley next to the Monte Verde reserve. Carlos is the very friendly owner and provides his support where needed.

Wilma stayed in my cabin to look after my pets one night so that I could go kayaking and see the bioluminescence in the harbor. You cannot beat this kind of customer care! Franco buit me a bonfire twice during my stay. You just have to ask and Wilma and Frano will do their best to accommodate you.The site itself is super quiet. I only had to look up to see monkeys, parrots and a great variety of birds. The kitchen was well equiped. I loved every minute of my stay there. Going to the beach was an adventure and my dogs loved the walk there. They struggled a bit crossing the river over a suspended log, but that was part of the adventure:) I only want to add that this is rough camping, simple and secluded. If this is what you are looking for, you will be in heaven.

We stayed for 3 nights at Drake Bay River View. When we met Olman, the property manager, in town & were escorted to the property, he said “Welcome to paradise “ & it WAS paradise. Where do I begin, the grounds are beautiful, there is a river fed by mountain rain water & a natural pool has been created by the falling water. You can go down there & swim , lay in a hammock, or sit by the river. The staff do an outstanding job of cleaning. The room had fresh flowers, well decorated & the towels are high end quality. Breakfast are served to your liking. Olman was incredibly hospitable. He was like our personal concierge. He booked excursions for us, made recommendations for restaurants in the evening & booked reservations at the restaurants for us. He met us at the ocean beach when we were done with excursions to see how we were doing & if we had any needs. He said that River View will transport quests if they do not have a car. He also offers to pick up food from restaurants & bring to your room if you would like. All of the restaurants that we ate at in town were very good. The location is only 10 minutes from downtown, which I thought was great to be away from the crowd but nearby.
