Front desk team with lady named Yashika ( may be wrong name ) she took us to the room and showed us whole hotel with its history .. so talented lady with crisp of high level hospitality .. Vijay also from front desk guided us to his best Night Manager , he gave my kids painting stuff and made my kid so happy .. thank you again Coming over to Food , the guy who welcomed us and served us whole time was so generous and was standing on his toes all the while we were there . Food was so awesome 👏 great taste specially Cholle Bhature 🥰🥰 House keeping guy Santosh did tremendous job. We were 5 people (1 family) from Ahmedabad, stayed here. It's very quiet, peaceful and beautiful too, surrounded by mountains. They have good amenities too. Food is delicious, service and hospitality was up to the mark. Jungle safari to watch tigers is very nearby from here. If you're going to Pench, i recommend this place to stay anyday.

We stayed in a tent and it was very comfortable with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and you can use their bicycles to pedal to Tala village, which was fun. The breakfast was great and the restaurant offers good food. The swimming pool is very enjoyable. The monkeys were entertaining. The gardens are well kept and will be fabulous once all the flowers are in bloom. Loved the resident cats.

Breakfast was nice,,, but the spread could have been more especially with the continental cusine. Service people were courteous but there was a delay in service. Neat and clean and well decorated interiors.
