A recently renovated campground located in Bidiyah, Al Salam Desert Camp Bidiya features a shared lounge. The tents are kept clean and comfortable. They made efforts to decorate the interior well. The partially en suite bathroom is really clean and gives off a hotel vibe eventhough it is in the desert. It is a distance from the main road, but still accessible. Dinner was absolutely fabulous. Enjoyed the activities by the guides too. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Truly enjoyed my stay there.

The tent features a private entrance, a seating area, as well as a private bathroom boasting a shower and a bidet. The tent offers a barbecue, a sofa, as well as a terrace and a patio. This was one of the highlights of our holiday in Oman. I highly recommend staying with Rashid. His hospitality was fantastic, great sense of humour, very genuine and kind. Food was excellent and plentiful. Rashid is very happy to work with you to arrange activities as well. We really enjoyed the dune bashing sunset tour. Book with confidence!

The tent's kitchenette, which features kitchenware, is available for cooking and storing food. Situated in Bidiyah, SandGlass Camp features accommodation with seating area. I think Said (the host) is one of the friendliest Omani I met during my trip. He is so kind and generous. It wasn't a busy day and I was the only guest that day, but we drove around in the dessert, meet some local Bedouin people and had a great BBQ and at the end of the day we shut down all the lights in the camp and looked at the stars. Had a wondefull time!
