I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. To add a personal touch, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a hand-written letter in my room welcoming me to the hotel. It was a small but meaningful gesture that truly made me feel special and appreciated. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was impressive. From the room, to the facilities, to the service, everything was top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the famous Opera House in Vienna, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. The staff team is amazing and truly made my stay a memorable one. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"

The location was excellent - beautiful area and Alex the owner is a great host, friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are a little dated and basic but very clean, I had a comfortable night there. The room was double glazed so not much noise even on the street side but it made it quite warm at times. I didn't have the breakfast but it all looked very clean and organised. Its a small place so don't expect 24 hour reception etc but I would recommend and would stay there again.

Great room and bathroom. The Nespresso machine was a surprising bonus. Great location outside of the heart of the city, too. Check-in was very easy, even without an on-site reception.

The apartment was spacious and clean in a very good location. I recommend it for the families with kids as everything is so close. There are a lot of places to eat and do some shopping. You can quickly get to Rathaus and the Stephansplatz. We really enjoyed staying at this property. The parking was offered by host in an underground parking and it's 14 Euros/day. The host was extremely kind.
