Very pleasant room with a bed like a cloud and a super-hot satisfying shower. Close to everything! Charming elevator - very small, but could fit me with all our bags (husband had to take the stairs and meet me on the 3-d floor - the stairs are also charming). The room was quite spacious too with 2 (even 3) armchairs and a desk, and enough space on the floor to open and repack our luggage. Just 23 minutes and 22 euros away from the airport (we took an uber). Full autonomy with a magnetic key that opens all the doors (no need to ask the reception to buzz you in). Definitely recommended!

The excellent location, big room with good bathroom, mini fridge with a small bottle of champagne, chocolates, teapot, coffee, and tea!!! The front desk girl was super friendly and helpful. Gave us a map, instructions, and recommendations.

We loved the whole set up and vibe of the place. Staff were absolutely excellent, friendly, helpful and totally professional. Loved where it was situated too. No complaints only praise. Consequently booked again. And the balcony is a major plus too.

The view over the Royal Palace and Plaza de Oriente was amazing. Close to Opera metro station and easy walking distance to Plaza Mayor. The area was not too touristy with lots of locals strolling and walking dogs. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, storing luggage and booking a taxi to the airport. The hotel is also right next to the Opera House and located in a building that was once part of the Palace. The bathroom was one of the best we experienced in 5 weeks travelling in Europe.

Amazing centric location (walked everywhere), clean, calm. Towels were changed every day. My room was close to entrance and it was no problem comparing to other comments. I had small balcony to the street which is super calm. Only noise - garbage collection at night. Would recommend if you want to visit most popular touristic spots and like walking. And not to spend too much on accommodation.

Exceptional property. Welcomed by host. I really felt that if a problem I would be well looked after. Room as described but better. An oasis right in the centre of Madrid just off the Gran via. Super clean. Super functional. Minimalistic but tasteful modern decor and fittings. Interior window. Lighting excellent. Super comfy bed. Room dark and so quiet overnight. Excellent sleep Wifi fast and stable Such good value for money. I would very highly recommend
