A szálláshely közvetlenül a villamos megálló mellett illetve busz megálló közelében van. A közlekedés kiváló, percek alatt az óvárosi központban lehet lenni. Gyalogosan is igen gyorsan megközelíthető a központ. Nagyon jó infrastruktúra két élelmiszerbolt és rengeteg étterem a közvetlen közelben. A szállás makulátlanul tiszta, nagyon szép tágas, kényelmes szoba, kényelmes ággyal, tökéletesen felszerelve (diffúzoros hajszárító, törülköző, tisztálkodó szerek, tv stb). A személyzet végtelenül segítőkész és barátságos, jobbat el sem lehetne képzelni. A reggeli pedig eszméletlenül finom nagyon bőség és nagy a választék. Egy szóval tökéletes!

Great cosy and clean room with everything you need. Black tea and a biscuit in the morning is a great way to start your day. Enough room to unpack your suitcase. I especially loved the desk with a mirror. All my questions were promptly answered. Highly recommend this guest house for your stay in Edinburgh.

Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

Lorna was an amazing host. In general, accommodation around Edinburgh is quite expensive so we found this place which was relatively affordable compared to other places and had a high rating. It is a house-turned-b&b, has 3 small rooms and a nice small dining room. Everything was super clean and Lorna was the friendliest host we have ever met. She gives you a small form to fill every night to get your breakfast preferences and time to eat. Her cooking is lovely. Definitely recommend her full Scottish breakfast with Haggis. She cooked the best haggis out of the 3 restaurants we tried. The only downside was that the place is quite far from the city (45 min bus ride - take X27) and there is only one bus that goes there but if you catch it and don't mind the travel time, it is definitely worth a stay.

The hotel is tastefully renovated and furnished. We could feel the freshness of the linens in the room and the towels in the bathroom. The place was really clean. The breakfasts were great and generous - good quality and spread. The bus stop is like 15 meters from the gate of the house and it serves many buses that go to various parts of the city. The bus stop for coming back from the city is just across the road. The host was willing to let us keep our bags after checking out for collection later in the day for our late flight. In the end we didn't do so as we found suitable location for luggage storage. We had returned our car soon after arrival.

It is a great place to explore Édimbourg when you are travelling by car as you do not have to enter the city and can park at the house. The city centre to reachable by bus in around 30 mins. The room was really comfy (bonus point for the fridge) and our host very nice.
