June is a gracious and warm lady who will help you with each and any inquiry you might have. Her staff are kind and very good at what they do. The rooms are incredible and very stylish. The breakfast was excellent. It was an amazing stay.

A very nice room with kind staff. The room was clean and big, and we loved the personal touch for our honeymoon. Being able to use the pantry was lovely! It was filled with all sorts of snacks. The location was very close to the centre of York, a short walk to the Minster. The breakfast was superb as well!

We loved Minster Walk Guesthouse! The location was great, very close to the town centre. The property was very cosy and welcoming, just what we were looking for. There were some lovely little extra touches, for example mini mince pies and a liquor waiting for us in our room and mulled wine in the downstairs lounge. The breakfast was brilliant, lovely to have it delivered to our room and they were very good at accomodating my husbands gluten allergy.

Nice relaxing atmosphere, comfortable bed. Lovely house -even had a few treats to welcome you. I would definitely recommend and will be staying there again in the future no doubt

lovely, friendly guest house and if the weather is nice, a sweet outdoor space to sit in overlooking the river. Five mins walk - either along the river front or through the museum gardens to the centre of York and 5 minutes across the bridge to the railway station.

everything was super good! very clean and cozy. complete bathroom with shampoo and conditioner. they were super kind with some special requirement we made. if we come back to York, we will definitely stay here again..

Our stay at Barbican House was amazing. Adorable furnishing and room decor (not only in the room itself but in the house in general as well) made the atmosphere comfortable and cosy. Everything was clean and quiet and our host was very helpful as well. A great place to stay in York. I will be back!!
