Everything was just perfect! Simone is a very kind and helpful host, who makes your stay even better. The room was very clean, and close by the port and everything. I appreciate the fact that you have bins for recycling. The breakfast was simple and tasty, the homemade orange pie, made by Simone's mom, was just amazing. Thank you for all, Simone! Owners Maira and her father Marco are very nice and helpful. The location is in front of the sea. Is a little house with garden. Room is very clean and on windows are installed nets anti mosquitoes so you can live windows open. The bathroom is big and confortable. Everything was perfect. The restaurant Grotta Aurelio close to the hotel is great. On web site is marked that they don't have breakfast facility but they have some cakes and coffee or tea so you can do a little breakfast too. Excellent small home with garden. Coffe, cakes and a can of beer was complementary.

Very good place to stay. The room was clean and close to the center but in calm area. We loved the garden and our dog can use it without problem. The owner was also kind. Best dog friendly place where we stay ever. Rome just 1 hour from there by car and Toscana region close too.
