The location is awesome and very convenient to get to all major locations. The staff are really friendly and gave great advice for travelling around Venice. Their breakfast is also delicious and has a lot of options.

It was very beautiful room and the location is really close to attractions and main Bridges of the island. Value for money. I really enjoyed the stay there.

This residenza was the PERFECT stay for Venice. Not only was it perfectly situated (just far enough from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough that you can easily walk anywhere within a few minutes), but it was beautifully kept and maintained (clean and very traditional) and Maria Elisabetta was absolutely lovely to deal with. Communication was excellent and everything was exactly as described. On top of all of this, the restaurants just outside your doorstep were fantastic and if you’re lucky, you may even be fortunate enough to enjoy a local playing the accordion just outside your window in the mornings <3 We could not be happier with our stay and I highly recommend this property!
