A perfect location - few minutes away from the Amstredam Centraal, but very, very quite with a nice canal view right in front of the doors and good places to have breakfast / lunch just around the corner (or, across the bridge - to be more precise) . The room is not too big. In fact, it's quite ascetic - though there is a private bathroom with shower and bed is very comfortable - much better comparing to well known hotel chains in Europe. The building is historic, which means one sometimes can hear some noises from other persons living there (like somebody climbing stairs), but that definitely is a minor thing - it just confirms the authenticity of the building. David is very friendly and helpful person. It's easy and pleasant to communicate with him and to agree about the details.

The location was great, Amsterdam is a very busy city but the street where we were located was really quiet yet close enough to walk to anywhere you wanted. The room was very comfortable and Fatos was extremely welcoming and helpful. The drinks provided on arrival were most welcome. Thank you, we had a great stay!

We arrived very tired from traveling from long flights, but when Mark came to greet us and we settled into this cozy stylish space, we felt instantly relaxed. The room itself felt welcoming - it was nearly laid out and nicely designed to detail. It was a short distance walk to everything and it was the perfect location for a first timer in Amsterdam. the location is very central, close to the central station, but still very safe area. The host was really nice, they have facilities to have coffee and tea, own fridge in the room.
